What to do if a joint account holder withdrew all of the money fromthe account without the other account holder’s knowledge?
My girlfriend and I recently split. We share a join account where we had $10,000 saved for our wedding. After the break up to she took all the money. Is there anyway for me to get my half back?

If your former girlfriend took the entire $10,000 from the joint bank account that you are writing about and you believe that you are entitled to some portion of it, I would first write/contact her seeking that she give you some amount back and move on.
If she refuses to do so, your recourse would be to bring a civil action against her for the amount that you believe you are entitled to which seems to be $5,000.
