How far in advance should an employee receive their schedule?
We are waiting for our schedule that begins on Monday. It is Friday pm and we still don’t have one posted. I thought the rule in my state was that an employee should have their schedule 72 hours ahead.

No, the law does not require an employee to get his or her schedule 72 hours in advance--or, indeed, any particular amount of time in advance. An employer may let you know you schedule at any time, including calling you in the morning of work.
The exception would be if a contract, like a union agreement, required advance notice of the schedule; if so, that contractual provision must be honored.
