Canan HOA garnish my wages?
My property is vacant. I have advised the bank, HOA, and the HOA’s lawyers that I can no longer afford the property or the HOA dues. I have also received a notice of intent which was my deciding factor to vacate the property as the bank stated they could foreclose at any point.
