Does an employer have to deductfor a lunch break, even if I work through it?
I work at a place where I don’t have anyone to relieve me for a lunch break so I just work through it. I don’t mind working through it but they insist on taking a 30 min lunch break out of my hours worked for the day. Tsay that they they are legally required to take it out even if I don’t take it.
