What to do if I was issued a citation for a class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct for public urination?
I am definitely guilty of the charge, but is it worth travelling to court and asking for a reduction to a class C? What is the chance they would reduce this?

This infraction can typically be reduced so long as you are a first time offender with no prior criminal history.
