Is getting a criminal record expunged worth the cost and time?

I have a criminal record with over 12 charges on it and I was curious if I should get my record expunged in helps of getting a job with a strong company. I have all misdemeanors with the exception of one felony that was drop to a misdemeanor under a plea bargain.

The first thing you should do is find out if your particular charges can be expunged. Not all convictions qualify. As far as whether you should do it, that all depends on where you are seeking employment, what their hiring policies are, whether or not they do a background check, etc. Its not really possible to tell you if its worth it or not.
