What are my options as a beneficiary of my grandfather’s estate if my aunt, the executor, won’t proceed with executing the Will?

My grandfather died almmost 2 ears ago; Will was probated 7 months ago.

I am so sorry for your loss.  Do you mean that the estate is at a standstill or that she just abandoned her responsibilities?  If she abandoned her responsibilities then you need to have her removed as the executor. She is breaching her fiduciary duty.  Go take a look at the probate file and see where things stand.  Ask the court clerk if there is any way to ask for a conference before the judge.  Good luck.
