It depends on if those type of extracurricular activities were part of the "basis of the bargain" as they say when the child support was computed and settled upon when you and your ex were divorced. California courts use a statutory mathematical formula to calculate the exact amount of child support necessary for each child. Read your divorce agreement as well. And speak with your lawyer.
