I am sos orry for your situation. You and your spouse have equal rights to live in the marital home unless one, you have an agreement to the contrary or two, the court has awarded her exclusive occupancy pending the settlement of the divorce. Read the paperwork carefully and get your self a lawyer. Good luck.
