Can you be declined employment due to a case disposition of nole pros?

I was falsely arrested several times and I have been having trouble finding a job do to my background arrest history.

It is entirely possible that under the laws of all states in this country that potential employers can legally decline to hire you because you were arrested but the background check for you shows that the criminal charges were subsequently dismissed, "nole pros".

I suggest that you retain a criminal defense attorney to see about sealing all of the criminal actions where there were dismissals  of the charges against you. If the records are sealed, then possibly your arrests will not appear in any employment background check.
