If my supervisor is holding my husband’s facebook comments against me, is this legal?
He also stated he thinks I hang with a rough crowd not even knowing who my friends are. Can he do that?

There is nothing impermissible for your supervisor to hold your husband's facebook comments as to you in a bad light. Likewise deeming that you hang out with a rough crowd based upon your facebook comments or some other person's comments is permissible as well.
You need to be aware that facebook accounts are part of the public domain and postings can have a detrimental effect on someone's job career long after the posting was made.
