Can a divorce hearing be canceled?

My soon to be ex and I have agreed to all terms of the divorce, can we cancel our hearing? And how do you divorce without having the courts involved?

The courts have to always be involved in some way, as it is the Judge of the court that signs your paperwork issuing you the divorce.  If the hearing was to determine the terms of the divroce then I would suggest that maybe you attend and advise the court that you have resolved the matter between you and wish the court to "so order" tha agreement.  Your attorney should be able to help here.  Good luck.
