What to do about breach of my privacy rights by the police?

I recently got 2 citations; 1 for Prohibited Acts (fake ID) and 1 for Minor Misrepresenting Age. After my fake ID’s got confiscated however, the police took my ID’s to my work and were showing them to my managers. Is this legal?

What you have written about with respect to police officers taking your fake identification documents to your work to show your managers may be part of a continuing investigation against you for the citations that you received and allowed.

If not, then the matter may be subject to an internal investigation complaint by you to the police department employing the officer or officers who took such documents to the managers you have. If you want to pursue the matter further, you may want to consult with an attorney that practices in the area of personal injury law with respect to governmental entities.
