How bet to protect my interests in an inheritence?

When my parents trust was issued, I was the trustee. In the following years my brother got my parents to eliminate me from being the trust. The original trust states the only way I can be removed was by my written resignation. I never resigned. Do I have legal ground to hold up the trust distributions? This is for my protection.

I think that the best way for you to protect yourself is to hire an attorney as soon as you can.  One needs to read all the documents involved and understand the complete situation to know if your brother unduly influenced your paretns, etc.  But if the trust was revocable then they could change it.  Good luck.
