If my lease ends on the 18 of this month, does my landlord have the right to change my locks on me?
I am half a month behind on my rent. I was going to finish off the rest this week and start on this month. I have 3 young children.

A landlord NEVER has the right to lock you out of the apartment with out an order of eviction or if you have surrendered the keys after vacating. You need to go to court asap and call the polcie about the matter. It is illegal. Good luck.
