What bills am I responsible for after I move out?

I am divorced and my ex-husband and I are still living together in the house. The house is up for sale. I am moving out of the house. I know I am legally responsible for paying half of the mortgage. Am I also responsible for half of the utilities even though my name is not on some of the accounts? We do not have a property agreement in the divorce papers.

You mean that no one was awarded the house and there was nothing said at all?  Then the house is legally both of yours and you would still be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep.  I think that you need to get an agreement asap as to the utilities, etc.  Get help.  Good luck.
