Can an illegal person get deported with three DWI’s?

Two of his DWI’s were from 5 years ago. He is now in jail. He was in the process of becoming a US citizen. I would like to know what is his chance of not being deported?

It is entirely possible that the person that you are writing about may be deported from this country due to the third DUI that he has received in the event the Immigration and Naturalization Service discovers such. Given the chances of being deported over what you have written, with what information I know, I say the chances are presently fifty percent.
