Do not get insurance here!

If you are in an accident and file a claim, this company will not pay the repair costs for your car to be returned to its pre-accident condition. They will offer you a low settlement and delay the process. [REDACTED NAME] [REDACTED NAME], the insurance adjuster, and [REDACTED NAME] Hill, the damage appraiser, are both unprofessional. Choose an insurance company that truly cares about its customers.

Quick Recovery

My barns, home, and cars were damaged by a tornado in April. Area was declared a Fed disaster. Within days our adjuster AJ had his boots on the ground at our farm. We only had to wait a short time (week) to receive insurance money and start the recovery. My family and I can't thank Grange and our adjuster enough for being so quick. Putting the customer first is not a priority!

I was told to take the car to an auto body shop of my choosing and then Grange refused to pay the auto body shops rates because according to them, they were unfair and not reasonable. Except this company has no idea what is fair and reasonable in northern Virginia. It is a far cry from central Ohio! They insisted I take my car to a sub par body shop. I will be taking legal action against this horrible company and will be ending my contract asap.

You have to sue them to cover an auto insurance claim fairly

Writing on behalf of my client. Auto insurance claim, my client is insured with Grange. Their vehicle was taken to a facility certified by the manufacturer of my clients car. Grange attempted to pay HALF of the bill, $12,000 or a $24,000 bill. In the state of Virginia, you can assert your "right to appraisal" as written in all insurance policies in the commonwealth, only Grange and it's supervisors of the claims department overseeing the clai...

Absolutely morally bankrupt company if you have to USE them for auto insurance. I've never dealt with a more shady, uneducated claims department in my career than Grange's employees.

He made a stressful situation MUCH less stressful by his actions and demeanor. Awesome and Amazing

Blown away by how empathetic and responsive Grange was in processing my claim. Getting involved in a collision is nobody's idea of fun, but [REDACTED NAME] really made the process easy and hassle free. He set up a channel to enable texting, booked my rental, booked the towing company and was always available to answer any questions that I had.
