Quick Service

I hit a deer last summer. We called West Bend right away. Rather than send someone out (which we would have had to wait for), they requested photos first. They were able to see everything they needed and processed the claim within hours rather than days! Quick service, money came fast, and repairs could start very quickly.

True Professionals and Very Trustworthy

West Bend was not a company I had heard about prior to purchasing the insurance. We had always gone with the more well known insurance brands. However, when our insurance rates with The Hartford went up too much for my budget, I looked around and found West Bend. West Bend was not a company I had heard about prior to purchasing the insurance. We had always gone with the more well known insurance brands. However, when our insurance rates with The Hartford went up too much for my budget, I looked around and found West Bend. We are pretty careful drivers but a year ago this month my husband was involved in an accident that was not his fault. Someone ran a red light and our car was considered a complete loss. We notified our agent and from there on the process was very easy, and within a few hours we had a rental car arranged for us and the claim process had begun. It was a very smooth process and West Bend could not have been more helpful. Our adult daughter had passed away the week prior to the accident so we were kind of feeling pretty lost, but West Bend stepped in and completely eased our concerns about the claim process.

West Bend is good

The insurance policy has been good. We have not had many claims but the couple we have had were handled quickly. They have worked with us to get our issues fixed. I do feel they are slightly expensive but you get 10% back each year if you are claim fee.

Amazing Customer Service

I have been very pleased with the customer service. We had a car accident that was not our fault and West Bend stepped in and made everything as pleasant as possible under the circumstances. They are quite amazing and would recommend them as an insurance carrier
