How doI get my boyfriend to pay for a car accident in which my car was totaled?

My ex-boyfriend totaled my car while I was sleeping in the passenger seat. My insurance didn’t cover the whole loan or the medical bills. My ex agreed to pay but has not done so. Do I have a legitimate case?

If your former boyfriend was at fault for causing the accident and all your damages that your insurance carrier has not covered. I would write him a demand letter for payment and see what his response is. If he fails to respond in an adequate way, your option is a law suit.

I suggest that you consult with a personal injury attorney regarding this situation. Good luck.
