What are our rights if a car dealership filled out and forged mine and my husband’s signatures on a loan application?
My son was trying to buy a new car. I was with him to try and negotiate price, etc. I was not trying to get a loan or even co-sign. In this entire process they have ran my credit 3 times without my consent and also filled out and forged mine and my husband’s signatures on a credit application. What should we do?

Well forgery on a legal document is a basis for setting the document aside as well for pressing criminal charges against a person. I would consult with an attorney and the district attorney/prosecutor's office as soon as you can. Otherwise things could effect your credit rating, etc. Good luck.
