What to do if a friend of mine was in the car with 2 other people, they were pulled over because the car had no front plate and drugs, etc. were found?
The cop searched the car because he smelled pot. He found a pot pipe under the passenger seat and pills in the middle console. The driver claimed the pills and was arrested. the cop ended up arresting the other guy for the pipe because he was sitting in that seat. My friend was let go with no charges. the guy arrested for the pipe was charged with paraphernalia, possession and drug abuse. He is now threatening to blame my friend for the bowl by claiming it was his. My friend is also an army reservist and the guy may call his CO. Can my friend get in any trouble at this point?

Some attorneys are available seven days for emergency legal needs. Many attorneys will confer initially at no charge. Then, if legal work is performed, some attorneys will provide a reduced fee for financial hardship. Some attorneys may also assist you in limited scope manner to conserve legal costs. All the best.
