What is my liability if a guest was leaving my house and accidentally hit someone walking behind their vehicle?
Physical injuries were extensive. No fault medical has been exhausted. Am I, and/or my home owners insurance responsible for any medical or pain and suffering damages?

As the owner of the property, you would be liable for injuries caused by a guest on your property to another person. Your liability would include medical bills, pain and suffering (an amount in addition to the medical bills), and wage loss.
Refer this matter to your homeowner's insurance carrier. If the case is settled with your homeowner's insurance carrier, NO lawsuit is filed. If the case is NOT settled with your homeowner's insurance carrier and a lawsuit is filed against you, your homeowner's insurance carrier will provide you with an attorney at no cost to you and will handle the case for you.
