If a man is cheating on his wife with me, will my name have to come up in their divorce?

This man has been having an affair with me. If he admits to cheating on his wife with me, what will happen in terms of their divorce? Will my name be brought up in legal proceedings?

There is always a distinct possibility that you will be named in the divorce proceeding should his wife choose to sue on fault based grounds of adultery.  That is the chance you take I guess.  If they choose to part on no fault grounds then you will probably not be named.  Good luck.
