No, you do not have to respond to her request: you only need to provide that information or otherwise respond to her if she actually sues you and, in the course of the lawsuit, invokes the appropriate legal process or procedures to get information. If you are sued, you should immediately contact your insurer--you pay them to defend you, after all.
