If, after being with my verbally and psychically abusive husband I finally moved out after 25 years, in a divorce what am I entitled to?

We both work, it was a second marriage for both of us and no kids are involved. We do have a house together and he does have a 401 K.

Any marital assets--or money, real estate (e.g. house), investments, vehicles, etc.--acquired during marriage will be divided between you. If your husband earned considerably more than you and contributed much more to your lifestyle, he may have to pay you spousal support (e.g. alimony) for some period of time, but if you earned approximately equal, he is unlikely to have to pay you (and if you earned more, you may have to pay him). For assets and supports, the courts look to the finances, incomes, etc.--the reason for the divorce is not a significant issue in making the economic arrangements.
