What are a co-owner’s rights?
After my mother’s death she left behind a house, which is inamesn my stepstep-father’s name and her children’s names. My stepfather rents the house out and keeps all the income for himself. Is it legal for him to do so or is he supposed to keep all the owners informed on what happens with this house and split the profits accordingly? Also, can he be sued for back revenue?
