aggrevated assault
I was charged with simple battery, violating an injunction and stalking in Jacksonville, FL. Then I was given a plea of aggrevated assault instead of the other 3. So i was released and now I can’t get a job. I took the plea to get out of jail to help take care of my 3 kids, but now I’m have been given conflicting advice that I can’t get the plea expunged. Can I get the plea expunged?
