Am I responsible for real estate title services charges for a refinance that was no approved?
I am getting an invoice for a title abstract search, lien search and services for preparation of Docs from a title company, even though the refinance transaction on my condo did not go through. Am I responsible for these charges even though the loan was not approved?

If the title company performed the services that that was contracted for, then it is entitled to payment. As to who is responsible for that payment will depend on the paperwork that you signed regarding your mortgage refinace application. No doubt is assigns resoonsiblity of payment to you, whether or not the mortgage was approved. That is typically how this works.
