Another violation of probation.
My probation gave me a Urine Screen today (ETG). I think it will be positive. Second violation, 1095 days in prison if violated. Can an attorney help me stay out of jail? Judge signed on document “next violation will result in all back up time” I have complied and completed all my probation terms. Except drinking.

I don't know if you have any chances left here. Three years behind bars is very serious, of course. The answer may depend on how much time you had left on probation, among other things.
You need to talk to an experienced criminal law attorney about this as soon as possible. He or she will need to review all your paperwork and the facts of the case, to give you reliable advice. One place to find a qualified lawyer is our website, http://attorneypages.com
