Are red light camera tickets legal? And do i have to pay it even though my face is not shown on the ticket?
I got the first notification of the

and looking at the ticket i saw that
even though it was my car on the ticket
no where on the ticket does it show my
face as the one driving the car. Do i

Red light camera tickets are legal. The fact that the police did not issue the ticket is irrelevant. The fine is split between the red light camera company and the city where the camera is located.
Although your face did not appear in the photo, you are liable because you are the registered owner of the vehicle.
