Are their statues of limitations on car wrecks
I was involved in a car accident on
private property and no police report
was made but I mistakenly signed a
letter of intent. Can I be sued.

Yes, there is a statute of limitations. For damage to property (a fence, another vehicle, a tree, a bike, etc.), the statute of limitations is two years. It is also two years for personal injury, such as if someone were hurt in the accident. So you can be sued up to 2 years after the accident.
