As a landlord, can I rent a 2 bedroom apartment to a couple with both a 10 year old son abd a 12 year old daughter?

A couple with 2 children want to rent a 2 bedroom apartment from me. With the children not being the same sex and being 10 and 12 years old what are there any legal issues for me?

No, there are no legal issues for you: while you cannot require parents to put their minor children (even if adolescents and no longer little or young children) into the same bedroom, the parents may legally opt to to do this.
