What are my rights regarding an auto accident in the company car, on company time, delivering company goods?
I was at fault for a “fender bender”. This is a very large national company. Will company insurance represent me and pay judgment against me, should I be named personally in lawsuit?

Based upon what you have written about your company's insurance carrier should defend and indemnify you under the laws of all states in this country with respect to what you have written about for the simple fact that the mishap occurred within the course and scope of your employment.
