Can a cell message be used for disciplinary action?

I received a personal cell message and it was accidently forward to an

supervisor. Can he or she share this message with HR for disciplinary action?

Unless you have an employment contract or union agreement that governs the terms of any disciplinary action against you, you are an "at will" worker. This means that you can be disciplined (up to and including termination) for any reason or no reason at all.  The fact si that absent some frm of legally actionable discrimination, an employer can set the terms of the workplace much as it sees fit.
