I worked for a produce company they claim i damage the truck which is
possible so in order to take money out of my check they had me sign a paper
saying there taking two hundred and fifthy dollars out of my check for
damages which i found out i was paying there insurance to get the truck fix
but on my pay stub they said that they loan me the money

Whether they described it inaccurately on your pay stub or not, you agreed to pay them this amount for the damage or repairs, so there was fraud against you...you knew what they wanted you to pay for and agreed to pay. Therefore, the misdescription on your pay stub is irrelevant as far as you are concerned; it does not affect your agreement or your rights
