Yes. If the parties can reach an agreement, then that agreement can be written into a final decree of divorce and presented to the court for entry. At entry, the court will only need about five minutes of testimony to have someone explain what the agreement is and that they believe the agreement is fair to both spouses. This is what is frequently referred to as a 'prove-up' hearing.
