Can a employer deny leave?

I’ve been requesting leave every since May month and I’ve been denied every time and being told contract workers don’t get leave. Is this allowed or not?

If you have vacation days, while the company does have some say over when you take them (i.e not during a critical period or when they are short staffed), they cannot indefinitely prevent you from using or taking them. If they do, you could try contacting the state department of labor, who may be able to help you.
But if you don't have vacation days you have accrued or earned, they can refuse to let you take leave; there is no right to leave except if you have and are using paid time off (e.g. vacation days) you earned.
