Can a former employer report anything except wage info, dates, and whether I can be rehired?
I was discharged from a position with through a staffing company. I know I was let go because I had health issues and missed some time… The technical reason they fired me was due to performance. and they are reporting on background employment checks that I was “terminated for performance” “call volume was lower than expected”. Legally in the state of Ohio, can they report anything except wage info, dates, and whether I can be rehired?
