Can a golf club be liable if a golf ball broke my car window?

I live in an apartment that is right next to a golf club. I came home to discover my car window had been busted out by a golf ball.

The golf facility would not be liable for the broken window to your vehicle which seemingly was damaged by a gold ball. Rather, under the laws of all states in this country, the person who hit this particular golf ball that broke your car window would be responsible for the repair of the broken window.
