Can a mobile home park owner have more than one mobile home attached to a water meter?
I am currently living in a mobile home park that has 4 separate mobile homes attached to the same water meter, the landlord is trying to say that even though there are 4 separate homes attached to this meter that we specifically are leaking water and must pay her an additional $1600 or be evicted.

I would contact your local permit and building department to see if requirements are that each mobile home must have its own separate water meter. Most townships require each living unit to have its own separate water meter to prevent the exact problem that you are faced with. Good luck.
