If you are obligated under a judgment and the judgment creditor is unwilling to sign a written agreement with you allowing monthly installment payments to reduce the amount of the judgment that you owe, it can do all it legally can do levy upon your assets and garnish your wages to satisfy the judgment.

This includes a wage garnishment or a levy upon your tax return.
