Can a professional fiduciary deny to show a beneficiary receipts of money spent?

When money is spent for a beneficiary that the fiduciary spends out of the Trust and then asks the fiduciary for a receipt for the beneficiary’s own records, can the fiduciary deny that request?

If the fiduciary has bearched her duties the likely she can be held personally liable for her acts.  She is required to file an accounting of the Trust every year and yes, you are entitled to a copy.  Please get legal help here.  Hopefully there is a bond or someother asset in place to recoup what has been lost.  She needs to be removed immediately.  Good luck.
