Can a union terminate a good worker for having different political views?
For example, most people in a union are democrats because republicans are for the freedom to work but if someone were to vote against the democratic president during the election and get fired shortly after and the reasons being, “you were agaisnt the union”, is that legal? And should we fight it?

Being in a union is not holding a job. It is a trade organization designed to assist a people with work related issues and pay. Based upon what you have written about I do not see a factual or legal basis for suing the union that kicked you out of its membership. Even if there was a basis, I do not see what monetary damages you would have.
