Can an application for asylum be rejected if form I-589 is not signed?

My name is jedidia ngwa and I filled for
asylum of the 29/08/2017. I just
realized that my form I-589 was not
signed. Will my application be
rejected? If so how do I correct the
situation.

It probably will be returned to you as unacceptable for filing and you will need to resubmit with the signature.  You should expect to get it back probably within a month of filing.  HOwever, sometimes it does go through if they do not notice in the mailroom that the application is not signed.
