You don't give any details of your situation. There is certain information that an employer must give regading a W2. However, if for example, your employer filled in your deductons or the like, then that would not be approriate. Any information that an employee must fill out needs to be done by the employee, not thier employer. If you feel that your nformation regarding your W2 has been inapproapriately filled out you need to  address thisissue dierectly with your employer. And, if necessary, you can contact your state's department of labor to file a complaint.
