Yes, an employer can force you to wear a flu mask if you don't get a flu shot--and for that matter, an employer could likely suspend or terminate you for not getting a flu shot. Employers may set the terms and conditions of employment; one term or condition could be that employees shall either get a flu shot or shall have to wears a face mask to reduce the chance of infection.
