With the exception of certain professions (airline pilots, some medical personnel, etc.), there is no legal limit as to how many days in a row that an employer can scheduled an employee to work. In an "at will" employment arrangement, a company can set the conditions of the workplace much as it sees fit, and this includes how many hours to schedule a worker. Therefore, unless this treatment constitutes some form of legally actionable discrimination or this action violates a union agreement or employment contract, it is legal.
