The ER claimed I gave false information to a job services regarding an unemployment claim. This is incorrect I was fired based on this assumption.

Unless you had an employment contract/union agreement that prohibited this action or it was due to some form of actionable dsicrimination/retaliation, then you have no claim here. Most work relationships are "at will". This means that an employer can set the conditions of the workplace much as it sees fit. This includes who to fire, when and why. In fact, a worker can be terminated for any reason or no reason at all.
