Can an F1 student open a small business?
I am not looking forward to profit a lot
from it, but I simply want to experience
running a small business ex. Store
during my stay here as an international
student. How can I do this, and what
does it take?

you can open a business but if you do not have employment authorization you cannot derive any income from this business whatsoever, without it impacting on your future immigration process. therefore, keep this in mind when you decide to open up the business and decide how it will operate.
